Celebrate award-winning Chef Tahir A. Salamat’s locally grown gastromic food art and continuing on the ’locally grown’ theme, listen to the sounds of DRUM! – a fantastic musical production featuring musicians, dancers, drummers, and singers from four principal cultures – Aboriginal, Black, Celtic and Acadian – brought together in a heart-pumping fusion of music, dance, poetry, video, rhythm and song.

We invite all delegates as well as non-delegates to attend this exciting event.

Transportation will be provided to the Cunard Centre for all attendees. Buses will depart from the Delta Halifax and Prince George Hotels (Official ICOE hotels) at 15-20 minute intervals all evening.
