How to Request ICOE 2014 Press Credentials

Guidelines

We welcome the media to ICOE 2014 events.  Qualified media for a  Complimentary Media Access include  news, trade, business, and consumer reporters, as well as freelance writers and analysts who work in the Ocean Energy and related fields and publish with recognized firms and newspapers.

Media access includes all plenary presentations and concurrent sessions.   It does not include luncheons or the Gala Dinner.

Request Press Credentials

To receive your complimentary media pass for an ICOE 2014 event, you will report to the onsite registration desk Room 202, World Trade & Convention Centre.  We will request the following contact information:

  1. Your name
  2. Editorial title
  3. Publication
  4. Physical address
  5. Email address
  6. Telephone number
  7. Name of the ICOE 2014 event(s) you wish to attend as press
  8. A business card with your editorial title from an established media outlet

Press credentials are provided for editorial purposes only. Credentials will not be issued to: those who write content for non-media websites, personal blogs, e-newsletters, membership newsletters, or contributing writers not currently under contract with a publication, publishers, corporate officers, sales, advertising, public relations, technical support staff, or any other non-editorial professionals.  ICOE 2014 reserves the right to deny or revoke access at any time.

Business Centre & Media Room

SRM Projects Business Centre – Scotiabank Centre (Exhibition area) is available for your use and includes:

  • computers
  • printers
  • wired and wireless internet

The Media Room – Suite 307 (World Trade & Convention Centre) – is a quite location for you to do interviews and utilize the wireless internet.
